TDS South West – Utility Co-ordinator


As we grow and increase our client base, we are looking to appoint a Utilities Coordinator to support the South West office.

We give full training for the role and have systems, procedures and processes in place to help and support any new starter.

This role suits a team player with lots of initiative, an eye for detail and the drive to succeed. Hitting deadlines is critical for our clients, so you must be able to work under pressure at times. As a Utility Co-ordinator, you’ll meet clients face-to-face and communicate via phone and email.

Day-to-Day Tasks Include

  • Assisting with Utility Searches
  • Arranging Meter Removals
  • Obtaining Quotations for New Housing Developments
  • Maintaining Project Schedules
  • Client liaison – face-to-face, email and telephone
  • Progressing Utility Diversions
  • Arranging Service Disconnections
  • Liaising With Statutory and Independent Service Providers
  • General Administration
  • Ad-hoc Duties as Required
